SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to and from Hotel Virginia Antiques is at the customer's expense and will vary depending on the size, weight, shipping method and location.  All items will be carefully packed or blanket wrapped and will be insured for purchase value.

RETURN POLICY

Hotel Virginia Antiques is dedicated to customer satisfaction.  Please inspect all merchandise carefully, all antiques are sold "AS IS" due to the fact there may be flaws due to age and normal wear and tear.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for refund or exchange.  Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase.  Shipping and Handling Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. All items must be returned in original condition.
